SHIPPING INFORMATION

Everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you - sealed, safe, and on time.


FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-demand periods such as new set release weeks, processing may take up to 3 business days - we will always communicate any delays by email.


HOW WE PACKAGE YOUR ORDER

Every Imperial Cards order is packed with the integrity of your sealed product as the top priority.

  • Original factory seal preserved - products are never opened, handled roughly, or repacked. The factory seal you receive is the factory seal that left the manufacturer.
  • Booster boxes and collector's tins are shipped inside rigid outer packaging to prevent crushing or bending during transit.
  • Individual packs and starter decks are bubble-wrapped and packed securely to prevent damage to corners, edges, and foil surfaces.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening or disturbing anything. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@imperialcardshop.com or call 331-288-9292 with your order number and photos attached. Once reviewed we will arrange a replacement or refund. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbours and your building's mailroom. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Lost package claims must be raised within 14 days of the tracked delivery date.


SEALED TCG PRODUCTS - RETURNS

Sealed trading card products are non-returnable once purchased. This is standard practice across the trading card industry and is in place to protect the integrity of sealed products for all customers. Returns are accepted only where a product has been damaged by the shipping courier. Please read our full Returns Policy before purchasing.
