Are your products 100% genuine?
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from our regional distributor. We do not sell unofficial, counterfeit, or grey-market products.
Has anything been opened, weighed, or tampered with?
Never. All products leave us factory sealed and unaltered. What you receive is exactly what left the manufacturer.
Do you sell individual cards?
No. We sell sealed products only - Booster Boxes, Booster Packs, Starter Decks, and Special Releases.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at support@ImperialCardShop.com or 331-288-9292.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.
Can I return a sealed product?
No. Sealed TCG products are non-returnable once purchased - this is standard across the industry. Returns are accepted only for courier-damaged items.
