Refund & Return Policy – Trading Cards
At Imperial Cards LLC, all sales are considered final due to the nature of trading card products.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following:
- Sealed products (booster packs, booster boxes, bundles, tins, collections)
- Individual trading cards (raw or graded)
- Promotional items or special releases
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of collectible products and ensure fairness to all customers.
Why We Enforce This Policy
Trading card products are highly sensitive and can be:
- Weighed or mapped
- Tampered with or resealed
- Affected by handling after delivery
Because of this, we cannot verify the condition or authenticity of returned items once they leave our possession.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
We will only offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged in transit
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The item
- Packaging
- Shipping label
If approved, we will:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund at our discretion
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- If tracking shows “Delivered,” it is considered successfully delivered
- If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with filing a carrier claim
Order Accuracy
Please ensure:
- Your shipping address is correct before placing an order
- You review your order carefully
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel any suspicious orders
- Refuse service to anyone attempting to exploit return policies
